Shipping and Returns Policy for Customers in Latin America
At customer satisfaction is our priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying.

Return Conditions
Items shipped from can be returned within 15 days after receiving the products. Customers can contact us for details. You will receive an e-mail notice which contains the shipment date and specifics of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Within 3 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.  Please contact us before returning a defective item, we will help your go through the return process and offer you a shipping address and other instructions. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information. Items returned must be in the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and must not have any marks or signs of use.   
Once the items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.
