Shipping
We want to make it as easy as possible to ship our products worldwide. We have a UK presence and customers all over the world. For UK, EU, USA, and Canada we offer free shipping for all orders over £10 or local currency equivalent.
When you place an order we will immediately send you an order confirmation and details of your payment. This will be sent either to your email address or to your mobile number as an SMS message. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
In order to keep costs low and quality high, we may ship some items directly from our factories in Asia. We can offer amazing prices by cutting out the middleman. In some cases this may mean your item could take a little longer than usual to be delivered. In 90% of cases we can deliver in around 7 days or less. We do our best to give you accurate shipping information and always give you a tracking number for your order.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. We always provide a refund for the following conditions;
