Slovenia offers cycling mainly in the mountainous northwestern regions, with the routes around Kranjska Gora and Log pod Mangartom providing climbs. There are two recorded routes totalling 37 km, each between 18 and 19 km in length.
The biggest climb is Mangart, an 18 km ascent with 1945 m of climbing. Another significant climb is the Jasna climb, at 10 km and 771 m gain. These routes reflect the country’s challenging elevations rather than flat or rolling terrain.
