How long does Shipping Take?
We now work with a fulfillment partner in the UK for fast shipping throughout the UK and Europe. In stock items can be with you within 1 business day. Some of our items are made to order or shipped directly from our manufacturing facility. We always indicate this on the product page. For these items please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If in any doubt please ask us and we will advise of expected shipping times.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Use the method that is most convenient for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally. For all orders to the UK and Europe we cover the shipping within the product cost. For other regions we will show you the shipping cost during the checkout process. Shipping to some countries may take a bit longer. You can use the order tracker to see where your shipment is at any time.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns if the item is defective, or doesn't fit. We will give you a returns address when you contact us. In most cases we can ship a replacement within a few days.
Where are your products made?
Our products are all designed in the UK. We source the best materials and fabrics from all over Europe. Some assembly is made by carefully selected specialist producers in Asia. We have a strict quality control process. Any supplier that doesn't meet our expectations is quickly replaced.
