Shipping, Delivery & Returns
At cyclists.com our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every week, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We want to make it as easy as possible to ship our products worldwide. We have both a UAE and UK presence with customers all over the world. For UK, EU, USA, and Canada we offer free shipping for all orders over £10 or local currency equivalent.
When you place an order we will immediately send you an order confirmation and details of your payment. This will be sent either to your email address or to your mobile number as an SMS message. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
In order to keep costs low and quality high, we may ship some items directly from our factories in Asia. We can offer amazing prices by cutting out the middleman. In some cases this may mean your item could take a little longer than usual to be delivered. In 90% of cases we can deliver in around 7 days or less. We do our best to give you accurate shipping information and always give you a tracking number for your order. Many of our products are stocked in the UK and can be delivered to UK addresses in as little as 1 day.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfilment centre immediately. In cases where we manufacture to order the process may take an take an additional 2–4 days.
Where possible, please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.
We want our customers to be delighted with the experience of buying from Cyclists.com. If you are unhappy for any reason just contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product has been shipped. Please notify us and return the item in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another item or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable in this instance.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. We always provide a refund for the following conditions;
The wrong product was sent.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The item was not delivered within the stated delivery window.

We would recommend proof of postage or tracking should there be any courier issues. Once the item has been received, we will process your refund or replacement.
Returns if our error (within 7 days)
If we have sent you the wrong item, wrong size, your product is damaged/defective please follow below returns process:
Please contact email@example.com and confirm issue. We will then send you a returns label to drop the parcel into a local parcel shop. It is important the returned item has not been worn and is still in its original packaging. If you can also ensure the SKU code (will look something like this JOW-PORTUGAL-W-SS-L) is written on a piece of paper and placed with the product inside the bag.
Once the item has been received, we will process your refund or replacement.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10-45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
For all UAE orders, shipping will be performed by a third-party courier. For UAE Delivery we will either deliver free of charge if the item is in stock, or a delivery fee based on order weight will be shown prior to checkout. Where we need to produce an item to order we will aim to deliver within a maximum of 14 days.
Cyclists.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
