A flat 38 km loop on the Al Qudra cycle route outside Dubai, with just 44 m of climbing.

The loop begins on the edge of the built-up area, with Spicy Village Restaurant and a drinking water point both at 1.1 km — the only facilities recorded on the whole circuit. From there the road runs out into open desert, drifting gently downhill to the lowest point of the ride at 56 m, reached at 11.3 km. The second half is the marginally higher one: 44% of the day's climbing comes in the first half, leaving the rest for the slow rise to the high point of 99 m at 29.5 km. With a total of 44 m of gain over 38 km, none of this registers as a climb, and the profile is best read as a series of long shallow tilts rather than hills. The final 8 km bring the loop back down to the start, closing the circuit near the restaurant and water point where it began. It is a route where pace, wind and heat matter far more than gradient, and where a full lap can be ridden without changing gear more than a handful of times.
