A flat 67.9 km loop from Dubai on the Al Qudra cycle route, with just 87 m of climbing and a high point of 111 m.

The loop starts and finishes on the edge of Dubai, where a restaurant and a drinking water point sit within the first kilometre \u2013 the only services listed on the whole circuit. From there the road rises very gently, gaining the route's modest high point of 111 m at 11.7 km. Half of the day's 87 m of climbing is done in the first half, and none of it comes in anything that could be called a climb.\n\nBeyond the high point the profile drifts slowly downwards, bottoming out at 59 m around 47 km, the lowest ground on the loop. Shortly after, at 49 km, the route passes close to the suburb of Mugatrah, roughly 600 m off the road.\n\nThe closing 20 km run back towards the start with almost no change in height. With a total spread of just 52 m between high and low points, this is a route about steady rhythm rather than gradient \u2013 speed and wind matter far more than the profile.
