This loop starts in Lourinha and heads through multiple places including Seixal at 4.5 km and Atouguia da Baleia at 14.2 km. The first notable climb begins just after Seixal at 4.7 km, lasting 4 km with a 104 m gain at an average gradient of 2.6%, reaching 112 m elevation. After cycling through Serra d'El-Rei at 19.4 km, the route's highest point is near 19.7 km at 133 m.
