The Dubai Ride 2025 course is a 60.4 km loop starting at Al Thanyah 3 and passing through numerous districts including Al Sufouh 1, Umm Suqeim, Jumeirah Island 2, and Business Bay. The ride is entirely flat, with elevation ranging from 1 m to 9 m, and the highest point at 53.9 km. About 44 m of climbing is spread evenly, with 48% elevation gain in the first half.
