A 90.6 km point-to-point from the ramparts of Langres down through the villages of the Vingeanne and Tille valleys to Dijon, with 431 m of climbing.

The route starts at its high point: 474 m at km 0.2, on the hill at Langres, where the viewpoints of Tour Piquante, Panorama Est and the table d'orientation come within the first 2.5 km. From there it drops past Saint-Gilles, Brévoines and Buzon to Saints-Geosmes at km 6.9, then runs south through Flagey, Brennes, Orcevaux and the two Verseilles villages to Longeau and Villegusien-le-Lac at km 23.1. The middle section is gently rolling farmland: Dommarien, Choilley-Dardenay and Cusey, where drinking water is listed at km 37.4. The first graded climb follows immediately, 1.3 km at 3.7% with a 7.4% pitch, topping out at 327 m. Sacquenay, Chazeuil and the Véronnes lead to Til-Châtel at km 57.6, after which the second climb rises 59 m over 1.7 km at 3.5% to 331 m. The last third tips towards Dijon through Gemeaux, Chaignay, Épagny, Savigny-le-Sec and Messigny, then Ahuy and Fontaine-lès-Dijon before the run into the city. The low point, 249 m, comes at km 87 in the centre, with the finish near La Gare at km 88.3.
