Starting at Adh Dhayd, the route passes several villages including Saram, Sram, Jerief, and climbs 4.2 km from 8.5 km gaining 102 m at 2.4% average gradient. It continues past Al Busserah and Al Halah, then climbs again from 42.5 km over 4.9 km gaining 233 m at a 4.8% average gradient with a max of 13.8%, reaching 506 m altitude. The route includes a longer climb from 62.2 km lasting 6.1 km with 396 m gain averaging 6.5% and max 12.3%, reaching 759 m, the highest point near Jabal Daftah at 68.3 km. It then descends to Khor Fakkan by 94.9 km at 2 m elevation, passing several villages. After Khor Fakkan, it continues through Al Badīyah and Haqil, with a mild climb from 145.8 km over 6.2 km gaining 155 m at 2.5%, then passes coastal villages like Al Aqah before returning inland.
